This Privacy Policy explains how Built Software (“BUILT,” “we,” “us”) handles information on this marketing website and the contact form. We are based in Spokane, Washington, United States.
1. Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Project type, budget range, and project details you provide
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message. We do not require an account to browse this site.
2. How we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond to your message, evaluate whether a project is a fit, and follow up about engagement. We do not sell personal information.
3. Processors
The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit.co, which receives form submissions and emails them to hello@vinceporporato.dev. This site also loads Google Fonts to display typography; your browser may request font files from Google’s servers when you visit.
4. Retention
We keep inquiry emails and related correspondence as long as needed to respond and manage potential projects, then delete them when they are no longer useful — typically within two years unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation.
5. Your choices
To request access to or deletion of inquiry data we hold about you, email hello@vinceporporato.dev from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
